The Aviator’s Log is a complete digital flying companion for pilots, flying schools and aircraft syndicates. Custom airports can be added when an airfield is not available in the standard aviation data, including runway position and direction information. After a flight, recorded tracks can be reviewed with playback and used to create detailed flight reports, helping pilots compare the planned flight with what actually happened. Flying schools can use The Aviator’s Log to manage students, instructors, aircraft, instructor availability, bookings, training records and school membership. Aircraft owners and syndicates can manage shared aircraft, members, bookings, Hobbs hours, maintenance information and operational records. During an active flight recording, the app uses your device’s precise location to record the flight route. Recording starts only when you choose to start it and remains visible through an ongoing Android notification until the recording is finished or discarded. The Aviator’s Log brings flight planning, navigation, recording, logbook management and post-flight review together in one place.
