Pickleball Groups: The Crew

The Crew helps pickleball organizers schedule recurring games, invite players, track attendance, record scores, and see standings. It's the easiest way to organize your weekly pickleball crew without group texts, spreadsheets or team scheduling apps. Now with official DUPR integration. The Crew is built for the regular group that plays together week after week. It is the home base for your established crew, not a court finder and not a tool for finding new players. It is for the people you already play with and the go-to app for pickleball players who take their crew seriously. SCHEDULE YOUR GAMES Set up a game (or games) in seconds. Pick the date, the format, and the game type, then let your crew know. Any member can create a session, so the whole group keeps things moving instead of waiting on one organizer. KNOW WHO'S IN, WHO'S OUT No more counting heads in a chaotic group chat. Every member taps in or out, so you always know exactly who is playing before you set the lineup. The roster updates in real time as people commit or drop. NEVER SCRAMBLE FOR A SUB AGAIN Someone bails at the last minute? The Crew automatically flags when you are short a player and alerts the group so a sub can jump in. The game stays on, even when life gets in the way. AUTO-GENERATE BRACKETS Choose round robin or king of the court, singles or doubles, rotating partners or fixed pairs. The Crew builds the full bracket for you. No more scribbling matchups on paper before everyone arrives. SCORE LIVE Tap to enter scores as you play. Record a result and standings update instantly. Everyone sees the same leaderboard, so there is no debate about who is up. TRACK YOUR RIVALRIES This is what a group text can never do. The Crew remembers every match, so you build a permanent head-to-head record against everyone you play. Who actually owns the bragging rights? The Crew knows. That friend who swears they never lose? The numbers tell a different story. SEASON-LONG STANDINGS Wins, losses, and point differential accumulate over time into real standings for your crew. Every session adds to the story of who is on top and who is climbing. Casual Tuesday games turn into a season worth playing for. YOUR CREW'S HISTORY, IN ONE PLACE Session history, rivalry records, and standings live together so your group has a shared memory that lasts well beyond any single night on the court. The longer you play, the deeper the story gets, and the harder it is to imagine going back to a group chat. WHY THE CREW Group texts forget. Bracket apps forget. The Crew remembers. It turns your weekly games into a living record of who showed up, who won, and who earned the bragging rights, season after season. The Crew is free to get started. Set up your group, run your first session, and see why a real crew deserves more than a group chat. Built by a pickleball player, for the groups that show up every week. Made for dinks, drives, and dynasties.
