The Forest School App

The Forest School app is the record book that works where you do — outdoors, off-grid, on your phone. Built by a forest-school practitioner, it runs your sessions end to end: planning, bookings, registers, risk-benefit assessments, observations and reports. Everything saves to your device the moment you tap, and syncs automatically when you're back in signal — so a flat battery, a soggy notebook, or no bars in the woods never costs you a record again. WHY LEADERS USE IT • Works fully offline — log attendance, ratios, dynamic risk, tools and fire, observations and incidents with no signal. • Built for the woods — fast and designed around how a real session actually runs. • Risk-benefit done properly — a reusable RBA library you snapshot onto each session. • Registers & ratios at a glance — know your adult-to-child ratio is right, instantly. • Reports that write themselves — professional session records and PDFs from what you already logged. • Bookings & planning — schedule one-off and term sessions, manage groups and registers. • FSA & Ofsted-ready — keep the evidence inspectors and assessors expect. • Your data stays yours — private by design. Whether you're a freelance leader or a whole setting, The Forest School app keeps the paperwork out of the mud and lets you focus on the learning. Start free — no card required.
