Operation: Reboot

Operation: Reboot should be next on your shopping list if you are struggling with addictions such as binge eating, social media, adult content or smoking. Unlike other apps on the market, Operation: Reboot is designed to actively fight your addiction and improve your life, not just bombard you with useless over-complicated statistics beneath a barrage of ads and prompts asking you for subscriptions. The idea is simple - upon each relapse, our cute and strict mascot - Sergeant Seal - will assign you a set of disciplinary missions based on the severity of the relapse. We don't believe in quitting "cold turkey", as it's never been an effective strategy for combatting addictions and bad habits. Your recovery isn't purely based on how many days you've stayed clean or how long your streak is - it's also based on taking measures to slow down your addiction. Your addiction will not end out of thin air - rather Sergeant Seal will help you lower the count of relapses immensely, eventually reaching a level where it would no longer be classified as an addiction and after time, your old habits will be gone once and for all.
