Tharaa Organizer

Tharaa Organizer is the gate app for staff working Tharaa Developments events. Point the camera at a guest's QR pass and get an immediate, unambiguous answer — no lists to search, no radio calls to the office. AN ANSWER YOU CANNOT MISS The result takes over the whole screen. Green means the guest is cleared to enter. Red means they are not, with the reason spelled out and a short vibration you feel even without looking. At a busy door, in low light, that difference matters more than any amount of detail. WHAT EACH SCAN TELLS YOU - Whether entry is allowed, refused, or the pass has already been used - The guest's name and category, so a VIP is recognised on arrival - The exact time a pass was previously scanned, when someone has already entered - The reason a pass was turned away, straight from the event system BUILT FOR THE DOOR - One tap from opening the app to scanning — nothing else in the way - Torch toggle for dark entrances and front/rear camera switch - Full Arabic and English, including right-to-left layout - Works one-handed in portrait, on any modern phone ACCESS This app is for authorised Tharaa Developments event staff. Sign-in credentials are issued by Tharaa Developments; accounts cannot be created in the app. If you are working an event and do not have an account, contact your event coordinator. PRIVACY The camera is used only to read QR codes. Images are never stored or uploaded — only the code itself is checked against the event system. Guest details appear on screen for the moment of the check and are not saved to the device.
