If anyone later changes even a single number, the fingerprint no longer matches – the chain breaks at exactly that point and tampering shows up immediately. Nothing is overwritten: corrections are added as a new, logged event. PROVEN IN TIME If you like, Spurando anchors your entries with an RFC 3161 timestamp – the same internationally recognised standard used by notaries and public authorities. It proves when an entry was made. Only an anonymous hash value leaves your device (sent to freeTSA.org), never any trip content.
