Depuis l’application Infinite Watch, paramétrez les contacts pour autoriser l’enfant à appeler et envoyer des SMS aux contacts que vous avez enregistrés.
Les autres fonctionnalités sont uniquement possibles qu’entre l’administrateur et l’enfant :
- Appel vidéo
- Appel d’urgence
- Message en vocal (possible également avec les amis iKids de
l’enfant)
- Localisation GPS (très précis en extérieur, bien comprendre les
limites technologiques pour les localisations en intérieur : lire la
notice)
- Contrôle parental : SMS, des numéros inconnus, la limitation
d'usage à l’école, réveils, etc..
- Contrôle des téléchargements d’Apps sur la montre de l’enfant.
Le premier utilisateur à se connecter à l’application est l’administrateur principal. L’administrateur principal partage les mêmes pouvoirs que l(es) administrateur(s) secondaire(s) sauf celui d’accepter, refuser ou supprimer les administrateurs secondaires.
Nous ne pouvons pas satisfaire toutes les demandes car chaque famille est différente : alors nous avons choisi la transparence entre tous les administrateurs et leurs interactions avec l’enfant.
L’application Infinite Watch est fonctionnelle, transparente, sans publicité et totalement gratuite... elle ne fait ni plus ni moins que ce qu’il est mentionné.
La qualité des résultats obtenus par l’application est dépendante de plusieurs facteurs :
- La bonne couverture du réseau de l’opérateur de l’enfant.
- La zone géographique ou vous utilisez la montre... par exemple si l’enfant se trouve à l’intérieur ou à l’extérieur d’un bâtiment. La qualité de réception peut être altérée : bien lire la notice.
- Pensez à utiliser le WIFI à la maison !
Si vous pensez rencontrer un problème, veuillez ne pas utiliser la section des avis, car votre réponse vous sera apportée depuis notre SAV. De même si vous souhaitez nous apporter une éventuelle recommandation, par exemple si vous pensez qu’il manque une fonctionnalité que vous aurez souhaitée... veuillez uniquement contacter notre SAV.
