The MediPad Mobile App is a mobile charting solution designed to help hemodialysis healthcare teams document patient treatments directly at the bedside using an Android device. With MediPad Mobile, authorized users can securely access their clinical MediPad account and record important treatment information, including patient vitals, medications, dialysis notes, and other clinical observations. Key Features • Mobile Hemodialysis Charting Document patient treatments conveniently from your Android phone and save clinical entries directly to the MediPad system. • Patient Calendar & Search View patients scheduled for treatment, quickly search for a patient, and access charts for different treatment dates. • Offline Mode Continue charting even when your internet connection is temporarily unavailable. Clinical entries are stored locally on the device and can be synchronized once the connection is restored. • Automatic & Manual Sync Offline entries automatically sync when the connection becomes available. Users can also manually tap Sync to ensure pending records are uploaded. • Secure Access Sign in using your personal MediPad username or email address and password—the same clinical credentials used for the MediPad Web platform. Designed for Clinical Workflow MediPad Mobile helps simplify bedside documentation by giving authorized clinical users convenient access to patient charts and treatment documentation through their Android devices. An internet connection is required for initial login and authentication. Once logged in, users can continue charting through Offline Mode if connectivity is interrupted. Important The MediPad Mobile App currently supports charting only. Adding or managing treatment resources is available through the MediPad Web platform.
