Tessan puts a doctor within reach, with no appointment, from your phone. SEE A DOCTOR ONLINE Describe what you need help with, follow the steps and connect with a doctor in the Tessan network. Track your place in the queue in real time, even after closing the app: you are notified when the doctor is ready. NO PASSWORD NEEDED Create your personal account in a few steps and sign in with a code sent by email or text message. Stay signed in between visits. UNDERSTAND YOUR COVERAGE BEFORE YOU START Enter your French health insurance card (carte Vitale) and complementary insurance details: the app shows your coverage (0%, 70% or 100%) before the consultation. Pay securely by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. YOUR HEALTH DOCUMENTS, TOGETHER Find your prescriptions, sick notes, consultation reports and invoices, organised and ready to download. After a consultation, send your prescription to a partner pharmacy of your choice. FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY Add your dependants, including children, and consult on their behalf, with their history in one place. AN ASSISTANT TO ANSWER AND GUIDE YOU The Health Assistant answers your health questions and guides you towards a consultation when useful. It does not provide a diagnosis or replace a doctor. TESSAN PHARMACIES NEAR YOU Find pharmacies equipped with Tessan facilities nearby, call them or get directions with a single tap. Tessan brings together 500 doctors registered with the French Medical Council, 1,600 partner pharmacies and 2 million patients, with a satisfaction score of 4.7/5. A French company approved by the French Ministry of Health, with certified health data hosting. Tessan is not a medical device: the app does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and does not replace advice from a healthcare professional.
