Data Usage Today

Data Usage Today shows exactly how much data your phone has used since midnight — no accounts, no setup, no clutter. Open the app and instantly see: Today's total — mobile, Wi-Fi and combined usage from 00:00 until now Shared / hotspot data — how much of today's traffic went to devices tethered to your phone Top apps — which apps used the most data today, ranked with a share bar so the heavy hitters stand out at a glance Pull to refresh for up-to-the-second numbers MOBILE DATA ALERTS Worried about your monthly allowance or roaming charges? Turn on Mobile data alerts and Data Usage Today keeps a small, persistent notification with your live mobile total for the day and notifies you every time you cross another 100 MB. Alerts reset automatically at midnight, survive a reboot and keep running even when the app is closed. WHY DATA USAGE TODAY? Simple — one screen, the numbers that matter, nothing else Accurate — reads the same counters Android uses in its own Settings Light — no background syncing, no account, no personal data leaves your device Private — usage statistics stay on your phone; the app only needs Usage access to read them PERMISSIONS Usage access — required by Android to read per-app data statistics (you are taken to the settings screen on first launch) Notifications — only if you enable Mobile data alerts Battery optimisation exemption — optional, requested only when alerts are on so the monitor is not stopped by aggressive battery savers The app is free and supported by a small banner ad. Perfect for prepaid plans, travelling, tethering your laptop, or simply finding out which app is eating your data today.
