Temperlune is a calm, precise chocolate-making game for anyone who likes craft, patience and a beautiful result. You run a bright chocolate workshop with a marble table beneath a north window, and every bonbon you make is shaped by your own hands on the slab. Open the recipe book, choose a recipe and work it step by step on cold marble. Draw the tempering curve: melt the couverture, table it down to the crystal point, rewarm it into the working window and hold it there. Pour the moulds exactly to the line and tap out the air. Pipe warm ganache into every cavity before it sets. Close the backs with one clean pass of the scraper. Finish with transfer sheets, gold leaf and pistachio crumb. Every step is measured by how accurately you land in its window, and the tasting table turns the total into a grade from C to S.
