Tutor Planner: Student Tracker

Tutor Planner is a student tracker and lesson scheduler built for private tutors, music teachers, language coaches, and freelance educators. Manage every lesson, cancellation, and parent payment in one digital tutoring ledger—no spreadsheets, paper notebooks, or monthly software fees required. STUDENT TRACKER WITH PARENT DETAILS Register each student once with essential details including parent names, contact numbers, subjects, grades, and agreed fees. Support flexible pricing models including hourly rates, per-lesson fees, and prepaid lesson packages. Create reusable rate templates for different subjects and apply them with a single tap. LESSON PLANNER AND CLASS SCHEDULE Organize your teaching routine by setting up weekly recurring lessons effortlessly. View your comprehensive teaching calendar day by day, and check your dedicated daily screen to manage upcoming or pending lessons instantly. ATTENDANCE TRACKER AND CANCELLATION POLICIES Mark lessons clearly as completed, canceled, or no-show. Set customized late cancellation rules—such as a policy making cancellations free up to 24 hours prior and charging a percentage afterward—allowing fees to calculate automatically and eliminate awkward discussions over missed classes. ONE-TAP PARENT COMMUNICATION Share lesson summaries, covered topics, and homework assignments via WhatsApp or SMS immediately after class. Generate professional monthly statements and polite payment reminders automatically to keep your fee collections smooth and professional. PAYMENT TRACKER AND INCOME REPORTS Record cash, bank transfers, or card payments while monitoring each student's balance in real time—identifying who has paid, who owes, or who holds an advance balance. Review monthly earnings, total collections, and outstanding amounts alongside a 6-month performance chart and CSV export options for Excel or Google Sheets (Pro feature). SMART REMINDERS Receive timely evening notifications reminding you of unmarked lessons and upcoming month-end collections, ensuring no teaching session is forgotten or left unpaid. PRIVATE AND OFFLINE BY DESIGN Operating fully without mandatory accounts or cloud uploads, your tutoring data remains securely stored on your device. Export manual backups to a file and restore them whenever needed. FREE AND PRO OPTIONS • Free tier: Manage up to 5 active students while enjoying the full ledger, cancellation rules, parent messaging, and data backups. • Pro tier: Unlock unlimited students, advanced reporting, CSV data exports, and an ad-free experience through flexible subscription plans or a one-time lifetime purchase.
