Full description

ACO Admin is the administrator app for communities that use Access Control One for their gate and security operations. It is the same complex administration portal you use on the web, built for the phone, so you can run the community from wherever you are instead of from a desk. RESIDENTS AND HOMES Look up any home in the community and see who lives there, with their contact details. Keep the roster current as people move in and out. INCIDENTS Review incidents reported at the gate, with the detail the guard recorded, so nothing waits for you to be back at the office. SUPPORT TICKETS See the requests residents have raised and follow them through to closed. FINES AND VIOLATIONS Review fines issued in the community and their payment status. ACCOUNTING Create and review invoices for the community, and keep billing moving between site visits. ACTIVITY See what has been happening at the entrance — the visits, deliveries and vehicle movements recorded for your community. BULLETIN BOARD Publish announcements to the residents of your community. DOCUMENTS Reach the community's documents from your phone. REPORTS Pull the community's reports without waiting to get back to a computer. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS Be told when something needs an administrator, instead of finding out later. BIOMETRIC SIGN-IN Unlock with your fingerprint or face instead of retyping your password. ABOUT ACCESS This app is for community administrators. Your account is created for you by the management company that runs your community — there is no public sign-up and the app is not usable without an account. Contact your administrator or Teknos if you need access. Access Control One is developed by Teknos.
