Kora - Logistics Marketplace

Kora is a freight marketplace built for how trucking actually works in Ethiopia. Cargo owners find capacity without a chain of phone calls, carriers find loads that fit the routes they already run, and both sides work from one shared record, from bid to proof of delivery. FOR CARGO OWNERS • Post a load in minutes: route, cargo type, weight, truck type needed, pickup window. • Receive bids from identity-verified carriers and compare price, rating and truck. • Accept a bid to form a recorded agreement at the agreed price. • Follow the shipment live on the map while it is on the road. • Confirm delivery with a proof-of-delivery code and photo. • Rate the carrier and keep a record of every shipment. FOR DRIVERS AND CARRIERS • Browse open loads near you and along the corridors you drive. • Return-load suggestions help you avoid empty kilometres on the way back. • Bid on the loads you want, negotiate, and see exactly what you will earn. • Run the job step by step: heading to pickup, loaded, on the road, delivered. • Build a verified, portable track record with two-sided ratings. FOR FLEET OWNERS • Manage your trucks and drivers from one roster. • Assign a won load to a truck and driver, then follow every active shipment on the fleet map. BUILT FOR ETHIOPIA • Amharic, Afaan Oromo and English. • Designed for weak connections: instant loading from cache, actions queue while offline and send when you are back online. • Identity and vehicle verification for every carrier before they can bid. • In-app chat between matched parties, with a dispute process when something goes wrong. • Electronic records of every agreement, kept in line with Ethiopian law. Kora is a marketplace and coordination tool. Drivers and carriers who use Kora are independent operators, and Kora does not own or operate any vehicle. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Location is used only while the app is open, to show nearby loads and to share a driver's position during an active shipment. Privacy policy: https://kora-legal.vercel.app Support: [email protected]
