Con la APP de clientes para GMAO CLOUD móvil los clientes finales de los proveedores de servicios podrán consultar los partes de actuación, las incidencias y sus estados, incluso comunicarse de forma rápida y efectiva en cada una de las incidencias. Desde la aplicación móvil de GMAO CLOUD para clientes, éstos podrán abrir por si mismos las incidencias de forma rápida para que los proveedores de servicio sean más ágiles en sus resoluciones, así como adjuntar fotos de manera más cómoda y rápida. Ya no es necesario llamar al proveedor de servicios cada vez que haya un problema, o enviar un email enviado las fotos previamente al ordenador. Desde la misma aplicación móvil de GMAO se hacen todas estas tareas de forma más rápida, sencilla y eficiente, sabiendo en cada momento el estado de la misma y sus intervenciones asociadas. Además podrás consultar todos los documentos adjuntados a la plataforma desde el móvil, incluyendo un cómodo buscador para encontrar la información que necesitas en cuestión de segundos y desde cualquier lugar.
