Applicazione professionale per attività commerciali come Ristoranti, Pub, Bar, Gelaterie, Tavole calde. Consente ai camerieri/gestori di controllare lo stato dei tavoli nelle sale disponibili per gestire gli ordini da inviare alle cucine (comande di cucina). I tavoli sono classificati con diversi stati di avanzamento ed identificati con colori diversi. Questa applicazione è realizzata esclusivamente per la piattaforma ShoppiX o DigiShop e quindi necessita della postazione centrale ShoppiX Server per poter operare (vedi sotto). Emissione Fatturazione Elettronica con servizio automatico per controllare lo stato SDI. Nella gestione di un tavolo possono essere organizzate le richieste con - richieste predefinite da catalogo (con o senza maggiorazione) - richieste personalizzate occasionali (testo libero) - pause/avanzamenti/portate/fasi - disponibilità delle portate/articoli - gestione menu fissi - gestione funzioni speciali (es: mezze porzioni) - comunicazioni dalla postazione centrale (Server) ai dispositivi Se abilitata viene anche visualizzata la disponibilità reale di ogni voce, tenendo in considerazione tutte le quantità impegnate ai tavoli e non soltanto le disponibilità di magazzino. La comanda potrà essere inviata con identificazione del Cameriere e con i dati identificativi del Cliente al Tavolo per qualsiasi esigenza. All'invio della comanda la postazione centrale ShoppiX riceverà l'ordine e smisterà automaticamente le richieste alle varie stampanti di cucina. Possono essere configurate molteplici stampanti per ogni locale e ogni categoria di voci può essere associata ad una di queste per ottenere lo smistamento automatico delle stampe (es: CUCINA, PIZZERIA, BAR, BEVANDE, FRITTI, GELATERIA, ANTIPASTI ...) Le comande possono essere emesse anche in abbinamento tra le varie stampanti per informare le varie zone di preparazione (es: "Cucina >>> Esce con >>> Pizzeria") e quindi ottenere distintamente il riepilogo delle varie portate e fasi di avanzamento) Dai vari dispositivi può essere richiesto il Conto e se abilitato nella postazione centrale può essere stampato automaticamente. Dalla postazione centrale sarà possibile emettere Preconto, Ricevuta, Fattura o Scontrino Fiscale (questo in base al registratore di cassa/ECR collegato).
