Place the phone securely, keep your full body in frame, and start a guided workout without an additional wearable. Key features: • Smart jump counting using on-device full-body pose analysis. • Count-goal, timed, and free-jump workout modes. • Position guidance before training and framing checks during a session. • Optional count cues, voice encouragement, vibration, and workout music. • Local workout records with workout-type and date-range filters. • Trend charts for reviewing jump volume over time. • A workout calendar that marks completed training days. • Multiple languages, sport color themes, start methods, and body-tracking overlay settings. • Camera frames are processed on your device for live pose analysis.
