Full description
Ova is a period and cycle tracker built around one question every other tracker skips: who else gets to see this? Most trackers are private or public. Ova is neither. You decide, person by person and category by category, and you can change your mind in one tap. WHAT YOU TRACK • Period start and end, and how heavy the flow was • Symptoms, with how bad each one was • Mood • Intimacy, and whether protection was used • Basal body temperature, read from Health Connect if a device records it The home screen leads with whatever you are actually tracking for — trying to conceive, cycle awareness, pregnancy, or postpartum and baby. Switching modes changes what the app leads with. It never changes what you have logged. SHARING, DONE PROPERLY Give your partner everything. Give your mother the dates only. Give a friend nothing but a heads-up that your period started. Each share is separate, each category is a separate switch, and every share can be paused or ended instantly. You can also see when each person last opened your data — and they can see when you opened theirs. Looking is visible in both directions. Predictions are never shared. Anyone you share with sees the days you logged, never Ova's estimate of your fertile window. That is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the app. WHAT YOU GET BACK • A dial showing where you are in your cycle • A calendar with every logged day, and a year view where an irregular pattern becomes obvious • Cycle length charted against the typical 21–35 day range • Which symptoms show up most, and how often • Your temperature curve with the post-ovulation shift marked • A plain-language summary, written from your numbers and nothing else NO ADS. NO TRACKING. NO SELLING. Ova has no advertising, no analytics and no third-party trackers. Your data is not sold, rented or shared for anyone else's purposes, and it is never used to profile you. There is nothing in this app that makes money from your body. Sign in with Google. Ova never sees your password, and never asks for your name, email, phone number, contacts, location or photos. HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT IS NOT Ova is not contraception and not a medical device. Predictions are arithmetic on the dates you logged, and they are wrong more often the less you log. Anything that looks like a health concern is a conversation for a doctor, not an app. Delete your account and everything goes — the copy on the server included, and every share ends the moment you confirm.

What's new

You can now sign in with an email address and password, as well as with Google. A Google account on the device is no longer required to use Ova.
