CityCare is a mobile app that helps citizens report public infrastructure issues to the local municipality — such as broken streetlights, potholes, graffiti, damaged benches, and more. With a simple interface, users can: • Report issues by uploading a photo and location • Describe the problem in a few words • Track the status of reports (Pending, In Progress, Fixed) • Receive updates when the issue is handled • View a feed of public reports from others in the city CityCare empowers communities to take action, encourages transparency, and improves communication between residents and their city.
