With BeFit you can: • Track your current weight and weight history • Set a target weight and monitor your progress • Track your daily water intake • Record body measurements such as waist, chest, hips, arms, and thighs • Use intermittent fasting timers with 14:10, 16:8, and 18:6 plans • Calculate BMI, BMR, TDEE, ideal weight, and daily calorie needs • View daily calorie and protein targets • Set reminders for drinking water and checking your weight • Review progress charts based on your actual tracking data • Export your wellness tracking data BeFit works without requiring an account. Your health profile and tracking information are stored locally on your device in the current version. BeFit provides general wellness and fitness estimates only.
