TeaSync

TeaSync is a smart, efficient, and user-friendly mobile app designed specifically for tea collectors and tea leaves collection centers. Whether you are managing multiple suppliers, routes, or monthly billing calculations, TeaSync helps streamline your entire tea collection process — all from your mobile device. 🌱 Key Features: ✅ Daily Tea Collection Logging Easily record daily tea collections with full amount, bag weight, water weight, and net weight for each supplier. Log entries on the go — whether it's daily or just a few days a month. ✅ Supplier Management Register and manage all your tea suppliers with details like name, account ID, and payment type (cash or bank deposit). Assign them to sublines based on your collection routes. ✅ Billing and Deductions Automatically calculate monthly bills for each supplier based on their total supply and applicable rate per kilogram. Include custom deductions such as fertilizers, tea powder, and cash advances — and even add transport allowances or stamp duties. ✅ Sublines and Route Settings Customize rates, transport costs, and other settings for each subline. Maintain separate tracking and summaries for each route in your collection area. ✅ Bill Finalization and Carryover TeaSync supports positive and negative billing scenarios. If a supplier owes more than they earn, the system carries over the balance to the next month automatically. ✅ Offline Support Work even when internet is not available. Records are saved locally and can sync when you're back online (if implemented). ✅ Secure & Role-Based Access Only authorized users can access sensitive data. Each collector sees and manages only their assigned suppliers and routes. 📊 Data-Driven Insights: Supplier-wise summaries Sublines contribution analysis Real-time bill status Outstanding debt tracking Whether you're working in the field or reviewing your month's progress, TeaSync makes tea collection simple, reliable, and transparent.
