Ballun

Take a proactive approach to your health with Ballun ❤️📊🩺! The app helps you keep a handy blood pressure diary and track changes in how you feel over time. 🩸 Record your blood pressure and heart rate readings at any time of day. Keep all your readings in one place so you always have access to your history. 😊 Add important details to each entry: note your stress levels, general well-being and body position during the measurement. This will help you better understand which factors may be affecting your readings. ☕🚶🧘 Note any additional factors that accompanied the measurement: physical activity, coffee consumption, meals, meditation and other habits. The more context you provide, the easier it is to spot patterns. 📈 Analyse changes using visual statistics. View data for a selected time period and track the trends in your readings day by day, week by week or over the course of months. 📋 A well-organised history of your measurements will help you better monitor your own condition and if necessary, share important information with specialists. ✨ Ballun is a handy tool for daily monitoring of blood pressure and heart rate, helping you to pay closer attention to your well-being and develop healthy habits for self-care.
