Mochi is a capybara with a farm and a river full of monsters. The farm feeds you; you head out so the farm can grow. COME HOME. A whole village of buildings, seven of them farm houses that grow things, each opening at its own level. Batches run on real time, even with the game closed: open the app and there is something to collect. Level the Main House through fifteen steps, and every step raises the cap for EVERY house at once. ONE KEEPER PER HOUSE. Ten friends, split in two roles: seven stay home and tend the farm, three head out and fight. A keeper makes its house run faster, and teaching it a skill makes it faster still. Friends are met by playing, none of them is for sale. HEAD OUT. You ride the raft; the herd swimming behind you does the shooting. The gates read + − × ÷: the right one multiplies the herd, the wrong one takes half of it away. Each fighter carries a different bit of garden kit: a slingshot, a sprayer, a melon cannon. Twenty levels across seven stretches of river, each ending with a boss that has exactly one attack you have to learn to dodge. Clear a level and a new building opens. PESTS AND NEIGHBOURS. Stay away more than six hours and pests drop by and push back the timers that are running. A keeper blocks some of it: the higher its skill, the more, but never all of it. Sign in and your farm appears in other people's villages, and they can drop by; every visit leaves a line in your village log, so you know who came. A VILLAGE THAT LIVES. The vegetable field grows to six plots as you clear the rocks, stumps and thickets around it. Crops go into the barn item by item and sell at the market, each at its own price of the day. A cargo raft docks for a whole shipment of crates, capy visitors stop by the market asking for exactly what you grow, and at the fishing dock you cast for rare fish. Chickens, cows, fish and pigs eat the vegetables you plant. The village has day and night on your phone's clock, and now and then a rain shower waters the fields for you. Cook a dish in the kitchen and take it into battle to make the whole herd stronger. OPEN THE APP AND JUST READ. The to-do board says what is ready to collect, who is waiting to be taught, and which building the next level opens. There is a welcome gift when you start, and a daily one for every day you come back. How big the farm gets is your call.
