In Israel, a commercial spam message sent without your prior consent breaks §30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasts), 1982. The court may award up to ₪1,000 per message — with no need to prove any damage. SMS is scanned on the device itself. That's a wilful violation From the moment you ask to be removed, every further message from that sender is documented automatically — exactly the situation where courts tend to award the higher amount. 📁 An organised case file per violator Each sender gets a file with the messages, dates, occurrence count, an estimated award, and a document ready to download.
