TC Técnicos es la aplicación de trabajo de los técnicos de campo de TC Group Solutions. Está diseñada exclusivamente para uso interno de la plantilla técnica de la empresa y su acceso requiere credenciales corporativas asignadas por TC Group Solutions. USO PREVISTO La app acompaña al técnico durante toda la intervención en tienda: desde el registro de llegada, la medición del acceso y la captura de fotografías, hasta la documentación de los materiales instalados, los números de serie del equipo y la firma digital que cierra el parte de trabajo. FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES • Registro de intervenciones en tienda con marca de posición GPS al inicio y al fin. • Captura de fotografías organizadas por secciones (interior, exterior, caja, acera, parte). • Registro de mediciones (alturas y anchos de los accesos). • Gestión de materiales recibidos, instalados y desinstalados. • Registro de números de serie de sensores y cajas. • Adjuntos adicionales, comentarios técnicos y dirección IP del equipo. • Firma digital del parte por parte del responsable de la tienda. • Canal de chat directo con el equipo de backoffice de TC Group Solutions. • Funcionamiento sin conexión: el trabajo se guarda en el dispositivo y se sincroniza automáticamente cuando el móvil recupera cobertura. PERMISOS UTILIZADOS • Cámara: para capturar las fotografías del parte y escanear códigos. • Ubicación (solo en primer plano): para sellar con la posición GPS el momento exacto de inicio y de fin de la intervención. La app NO accede a la ubicación en segundo plano. • Almacenamiento y archivos: para adjuntar documentos al parte. • Notificaciones: para recibir avisos del backoffice.
