Breathe when you need it Use guided breathing techniques including Box Breathing, 4-7-8, Physiological Sigh, Coherent Breathing, Calming 4-6, and Power Breathing. Find a little calm, focus, relief, or energy—without performance pressure. Write something. Or don't. Journal with gentle prompts when you want them, or use a blank page when you do not. Keep track of your entries, calendar history, streaks, and word count without turning reflection into a guilt trip. Check in. Move on. Log your mood in seconds, notice patterns over time, and pair your check-in with a routine, breathwork session, or soundscape when something needs shifting.
