Do not delete an installed profile unless support tells you to do so. IF MOBILE DATA DOES NOT WORK Confirm that: • The Tavi eSIM line is enabled • Tavi is selected for mobile data • Data roaming is enabled for the Tavi line • Network selection is set to automatic • Airplane mode is off Coverage and speeds depend on the destination, available partner networks, signal strength, congestion, device bands and the selected plan.
