Tasseer Driver | تسيير كابتن

Tasseer Captain is the driver companion app for the Tasseer horse transport network. It puts every part of a delivery — from the moment a request arrives to the moment you get paid — in one place. MANAGE YOUR REQUESTS See new transport requests as they come in, with the details that matter before you commit: pickup and delivery addresses, date, fare, number of horses, breed and size. Accept the jobs that suit you and decline the ones that don't, in a single tap. NAVIGATE WITH CONFIDENCE Every active job opens on a live map showing the pickup point, the drop-off point and the route between them, along with your own position. Tap once to hand off to turn-by-turn navigation and drive straight there. KEEP THE CUSTOMER INFORMED While a delivery is in progress, your location is shared with the customer so they can watch your vehicle approach and know exactly when to expect you. A notification stays visible the whole time so you always know sharing is on, and it stops automatically the moment you complete the delivery. TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMER Message the customer directly inside the app, or call them with one tap when something needs sorting out quickly. No sharing your personal number. SECURE HANDOVER Start each ride by confirming the customer's one-time code, so every journey begins with a verified handover and there's no confusion about which booking you're on. TRACK YOUR EARNINGS Watch your wallet balance update as you complete deliveries. Review a full breakdown of what you've earned — cash payments, online payments, commission and tax — and filter your payment history by month and year to check any period at a glance. WITHDRAW YOUR MONEY Request a transfer to your bank account whenever you're ready, and follow the status of every withdrawal from request through to approval. BUILD YOUR REPUTATION Rate the customers you deliver for and read the reviews they leave you. A strong rating helps you win more work on the network. STAY IN THE LOOP Get notified the moment a new request arrives, when a customer confirms or cancels, and when a payment lands. Your full notification history is always there to look back on. REVIEW YOUR HISTORY Every completed delivery is recorded with its route, fare and date, filterable by month and year — useful for your own records and for settling any question about a past job. YOUR PROFILE, YOUR VEHICLE Keep your contact details, vehicle number, brand and description up to date so customers know exactly what's arriving, and add a profile photo so they can recognise you. WORKS IN ENGLISH AND ARABIC Switch between English and Arabic at any time. The whole app, including right-to-left layout, follows your choice. LOCATION PERMISSIONS Tasseer Captain uses your device's location to show your position on the delivery map and to share your live location with the customer while a delivery is active. Location sharing runs as a foreground service with an ongoing notification, starts only when you start a delivery, and stops automatically when you end it. Your location is not collected between jobs. Tasseer Captain is for approved drivers on the Tasseer network. You'll need an account to sign in.
