Tarsyer Insights

This app gives store, area and zonal managers a live view of what their store's cameras are reporting, on the phone they already carry. This is an internal tool for authorized staff. Accounts are issued by Tarsyer at the retailer's request — there is no public sign-up, and the app is not useful without a work account. WHAT IT SHOWS • Fire-exit obstructions — when something is left blocking a marked fire exit, the alert reaches your phone within minutes, with the camera image showing exactly what and where. Each one is tracked from the moment it is detected to the moment it is cleared, so you can see both the first sighting and the final frame side by side. • Footfall — how many people came into the store, by hour and by day, split by men, women and children. • Queue and checkout — average and longest wait per till, how many people are in line, and which counter is the problem right now. • Device health — whether the store's cameras are actually reporting, so a blind camera does not quietly look like a quiet store. BUILT AROUND THE ESCALATION Fire-exit alerts follow the agreed procedure. An obstruction raises an alert, repeats on a fixed beat while it stands, and closes with a clean image proving the exit is clear again. Anything cleared within six minutes is marked resolved; anything that stands longer is marked a breach, so the ones that matter are easy to find. FOR MANAGERS ABOVE STORE LEVEL Area managers see every store in their patch. Zonal managers drill from an area manager into that manager's stores and open any one of them. Stores without cameras yet are listed too, so a region never looks smaller than it is. NOTIFICATIONS THAT ARRIVE Alerts are delivered at high priority so they wake the phone rather than waiting for the next time you open the app. PRIVACY The app collects your work username, your password at sign-in, and a push token so alerts can reach you. It does not use your location, camera, microphone, photos or contacts, and it carries no advertising or tracking. Full policy: https://vmm.tarsyer.com/privacy.html
