Khadamat Client

Khadamat connects people with qualified tradespeople everywhere we operate in Algeria. Plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, air conditioning, masonry and many more trades, within reach. HOW IT WORKS 1. You describe what you need in under a minute: the service, your commune, the time window that suits you, and photos if you want to add them. 2. Our team picks an available tradesperson near you and assigns the job to them. Nobody to search for, nobody to compare. 3. You are notified as soon as someone is assigned, with their name and number, and you can call them straight from the app. WHAT IS IN THE APP A catalogue of trades with clear photos and a search that understands the way people actually write in Algeria. Step by step tracking for every request: sent, tradesperson assigned, job finished. You always know where things stand. A direct call to your tradesperson once they are assigned, and a way to reach us on WhatsApp at any time. A loyalty reward: 30 percent off your fifth completed request, applied automatically. Notifications that reach your phone even when the app is closed. Three languages, switchable at any moment: French, Arabic and English. The whole interface follows, including reading direction. ABOUT THE PRICE Khadamat handles no payments. On arrival, the tradesperson looks at the job and gives you a price for the work requested, and you settle directly with them. If you decide not to go ahead after that visit, only the call-out and inspection fee agreed in advance is owed. The app reminds you of this before every request you send. YOUR DATA No advertising, no analytics, no trackers. Sharing your location is optional and only helps the tradesperson find you: nothing is read until you press the button, and the app does not follow your movements. Our privacy policy is readable from inside the app at any time, and your account can be permanently deleted from the app or from our website.
