TamilAccounting Scan

TamilAccounting Scan turns a photo of a bill into a posted ERP transaction. Point the camera at an invoice, receipt or delivery note; the document is read automatically, the supplier, items, tax and totals come back filled in, and you check the figures before anything is saved. No re-keying, no waiting until you are back at a desk. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Capture any business document with automatic edge detection and perspective correction • Scan several pages in one session, or pick an image you already have • Tell it the document type — sales invoice, purchase invoice, receipt, purchase order, delivery note, expense bill, credit note — to improve accuracy • Review every extracted line item, party, tax figure and total, and correct it before saving • See today's sales, purchases and collections, plus what is pending, on one dashboard • Search your capture history and filter by approved, pending or rejected • Open any transaction to see its parties, references, line items and grand total • Get alerts for approvals awaiting you, payments received and stock running low • Switch between the companies your ERP account can reach • Light, dark or system theme HOW THE READING WORKS Documents are uploaded to your own ERP's file manager and read by the ERP's OCR, which resolves suppliers, customers and items against your real master data by GSTIN and name. Nothing is invented — everything is matched to records you already hold, and you approve the result before it is posted. WHO IT IS FOR Businesses already running TamilAccounting ERP whose staff handle paper invoices and receipts away from the office — accounts assistants, store keepers, site and sales staff. YOU NEED AN ERP ACCOUNT TamilAccounting Scan is a client for TamilAccounting ERP. Sign in with your existing ERP credentials and you see your own company's data. It is not a standalone accounting app and it will not work without an account.
