◆ポケットPDについて ポケットPDはパーキンソン病患者さん向けのアプリです。 【オフ症状】や【服薬】の記録、【質問票】への回答などを通じて、パーキンソン病の症状把握や医療従事者の方々との症状に関するコミュニケーションをサポートすることを目的にしています。 ◆主要機能のご紹介 ①オフ症状と服薬タイミングの見える化 一日のどのタイミングでオフ症状が起きているのかを把握することで、生活のリズムを考えることができます。また診察時間以外の時間で生じるオフ症状を正しく伝えられることで医療従事者の方々とより適切なオフ症状に対するコミュニケーションを行うことができます。 ②MASAC-PD31による症状の見える化 MASAC-PD31はパーキンソン病友の会の皆さんと日本の先生方が開発されたパーキンソン病の運動症状と非運動症状の両方の程度を知ることができる質問票です。様々なパーキンソン病の質問票とも整合性が取られています。ポケットPDではMASAC-PD31を用いて、継続的に症状の変化を確認いただくことができます。 ③動画による症状の見える化 症状の程度は患者さんごとに異なりますので、その症状を客観的に動画で確認し、医療従事者の方々にも確認いただくことで、より適切に症状を理解いただくことができます。 ④先生とコミュニケーションを行う上で重要な項目に絞って表示 診察時間には限りがありますので、相談したい項目を端的に相談する必要があります。そのために先生方へのインタビューの結果から最もよく確認されるオフ症状と服薬タイミングを見やすく表示しています。そしてMASAC-PD31の項目では、患者さんが相談されたい項目に絞って表示させる機能を搭載していますので、確認にかかる時間が短縮されます。
