Tacitus Mail

Tacitus Mail is a private email app for people who would rather not have their inbox read, profiled or sold. PRIVACY BY DEFAULT • End-to-end PGP encryption between Tacitus users — we cannot read those messages. • Hosted in the EU, under GDPR. • No ads. No trackers. No analytics SDKs. We do not profile you. • Remote images are blocked until you allow them, so tracking pixels stay blind. ONE INBOX FOR EVERYTHING • Add your Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo or any IMAP account and read them together. • Unified views: All Inboxes, Unread, Favorites and All Mail across every account. • Put your accounts in the order you want — the first one is your default sender. • Sign in to Microsoft 365 accounts with OAuth — no password stored. • Fast search across every account. SHARE ONE PHONE • Several Tacitus users can be signed in on the same phone — switch with one tap on your avatar. Each person keeps their own mail, chat, photos and encryption keys. MORE THAN MAIL • Drive — upload, organise and share files with expiring links. • Photos — a private photo and video library with search by name, text or tag. • Chat — find people by @nickname or phone number; set your own profile photo. • Calendar and notes — share any note as a .txt or .md file. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS • Delete your account and everything in it from inside the app. • Your PGP private key never leaves your control. Tacitus Mail requires a Tacitus account. Create one free in the app or at tacitusmail.com.
