taar — Events & Community

taar is the community app for offline events that works with or without the internet. Whether you're at a concert with 30,000 fans, a festival with no signal, a startup meetup, or a college fest — taar keeps you connected when every other app fails. 🔌 WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET At large concerts, festivals, and stadiums, cellular networks collapse under the crowd. taar uses Bluetooth mesh technology to deliver messages, coordinate with friends, and receive event updates — even with zero signal. No Wi-Fi needed. No cellular data needed. It just works. 💬 EVENT COMMUNITY CHAT Sign up for any event and get auto-added to a verified group chat with other attendees. Chat before, during, and after the event. No phone numbers. No random WhatsApp groups. Just verified people who are actually going. 🤝 CONNECT WITH CONTEXT Meet someone at an event? Scan their taar QR code to connect instantly. Your Logs tab remembers every connection — who you met, when you met them, and at which event. Build a network based on shared experiences, not random follows. 🎫 TICKETS & PASSPORT Store all your event tickets in one place. Show your QR code at the door for verified entry. After the event, write reviews and keep your memories in the "Been there" tab. Your event passport for life. 📢 CHATTER — EVENT SOCIAL FEED Post photos, stories, and reviews — every post is tagged to a specific event. No algorithm clutter. No random content. Just real stories from real people about events you both attended. 👤 YOUR PROFILE Showcase your interests, link your social accounts (X, Instagram, LinkedIn), and share your profile QR code for instant connections at events. 🎪 DISCOVER EVENTS Browse events near you — concerts, live music, festivals, conferences, meetups, exhibitions, sports events, and more. Filter by category: Social, Professional, Entertainment. Follow events and get updates from organizers directly. BUILT FOR EVENT-GOERS From Linkin Park concerts in Mumbai to IPL matches to Kumbh Mela — taar is built for every event, every crowd size, every network condition.
