Sylla LXP

Sylla is the enterprise Learning Experience Platform (LXP) for organizations that take learning seriously. Access your company's curated courses, training programs, and personal development materials — on your phone, anywhere, anytime. REQUIRES AN INVITATION Sylla is a business-to-business platform. Accounts are provisioned exclusively by your organization's administrator. You'll need an organization code or invitation link from your employer to sign in. Sylla does not support self-service signup and is not a consumer learning app. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Browse your organization's course catalog • Enroll in courses, training programs, and learning tracks assigned to you • Watch video lessons with native full-screen and picture-in-picture support • Read structured learning content with rich text, images, and lists • Track your progress across every enrolled program • View your learning time, growth points, and completion stats on a personal dashboard • Pick up exactly where you left off with Continue Learning • Update your profile, switch languages, manage your account BUILT FOR ENTERPRISE Sylla is used by organizations that invest in their people. Every learner sees content curated by their own admins, measured against their own team goals. • Multi-tenant architecture with full data isolation between organizations • Role-based access control — administrators decide who sees what • Dynamic tenant branding — your organization's colors, logo, and identity throughout the app • Multilingual: English and Hebrew with full right-to-left layout support SECURITY AND PRIVACY Enterprise-grade security is the baseline: • All traffic encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 • Authentication tokens stored in the Android Keystore • Crash reports anonymized via Sentry — no personal content leaves your device unintentionally • No advertising, no cross-app tracking, no data sales • Data deletion requests handled by your organization's administrator or via [email protected] • Compliant with your organization's existing privacy policies and data processing agreements LANGUAGES Sylla currently supports English and Hebrew. Language is configured per organization — your administrator decides which languages are available in your workspace. WHO IT IS FOR Sylla is designed for working professionals whose employer has rolled out the platform. You'll get the most out of it if: • Your company has provided you with an organization code or invitation link • You need to complete assigned training, courses, or professional development • You want to track your learning progress and build skills at your own pace It is not designed for: • Self-enrolled learners looking for public online courses • Users under 18 • Personal or consumer use without an employer GETTING STARTED 1. Open the app 2. Enter the organization code provided by your administrator 3. Sign in with your work email and password 4.
