Pet Medical Records & Vaccines is a pet health record book for vaccines, vet visits, medications and weight. Keep your dog's or cat's care history together, add due-date reminders and export a personal PDF vaccine card when you need to share the records you have entered. The app interface is in English. Your pet names and notes are your own text. ONE PROFILE FOR EACH PET Start with a name and species, then add the details that help you recognize the right record: a photo, breed, birth date or microchip number. Keep each pet's health entries connected to its profile so a visit, medicine or vaccination belongs to the animal you intended. You can maintain separate histories for several pets without mixing their records. A VACCINE RECORD YOU CAN REFER BACK TO Save vaccinations as they happen and record the next due date when your vet gives you one. Look back through your entries before an appointment or when someone asks for your pet's vaccination history. The record reflects the information you type; it does not contact a clinic, confirm a vaccine or calculate a medical schedule for your animal. VET VISITS AND MEDICATION NOTES Keep a record of visits and the notes you want to remember. Add medication details, including an entered dose or schedule label, so the information is available beside the rest of that pet's care history. These are your own records of instructions you have received. A saved schedule label is a note, not an automatically repeating medication program. DUE-DATE REMINDERS Attach a due date to a record and use a local notification to help remember it. Alerts depend on notification permission and your device settings. Each entered due date creates a due-date reminder; the app does not supervise treatment or track whether a dose was taken. Keep following the plan supplied by your veterinarian and use your own arrangements for anything that needs dependable medical follow-up. WEIGHT OVER TIME Enter a weight measurement when you have one and revisit the history or chart to see your own recorded trend. A dated list helps you recall what you measured and when. The chart describes your entries; it does not diagnose weight changes, choose a target or tell you whether a pet is healthy. Bring any concern and the relevant records to your vet. A PDF VACCINE CARD Turn the vaccination details you have saved into a PDF personal record. Share the file through your device when you choose, or keep a copy for your own reference. Check names, dates and entries before sharing. The card is a convenient summary of owner-entered information, not a veterinarian-issued certificate, a verified vaccination record or an official travel passport. FOR EVERYDAY CARE RECORDS Use the app after a routine visit, when you receive a new vaccination date or when you want to update a pet's weight history. Returning to a profile brings its related records together, making it easier to prepare your own notes for the next appointment. You remain responsible for entering updates and checking the accuracy of the information you keep. RECORDS ON YOUR DEVICE Core record keeping works offline, and your pet records are stored locally. Sharing a PDF is an action you choose. Local storage does not mean every app service works without a connection; purchase services and other app services have their own data handling.
