Swymetric

Managing a swimming club shouldn't mean juggling spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, emails and paper registers. Swymetric brings everything together in one powerful platform for swimmers, coaches and swimming clubs. From training schedules and attendance to gala entries, results and communication, Swymetric helps clubs stay organised while giving swimmers the tools they need to track their progress. 📅 Smart Training Schedules Create one-off or recurring training sessions for Pool, Gym or Dry Land, with each session type automatically unlocking the relevant features. Swimmers can view their schedule, RSVP with a tap, and even create their own personal training sessions alongside club sessions. 🏋️ Gym & Dry Land Programmes Build detailed workout plans with exercises, sets, repetitions and prescribed weights. Include demonstration videos, track progress throughout each workout, and record post-session feedback. 📲 QR Attendance Every training session automatically generates a unique QR code each day. Swimmers simply scan to check in and earn reward points. Optional location verification confirms attendance at the correct venue, while personal QR codes provide individual identification when needed. 🏆 Events & Gala Management Manage swim meets without endless messages or online forms. Swimmers can browse upcoming events, select races, RSVP and volunteer for official duties directly in the app. Administrators can monitor entries in real time and export professionally formatted PDF entry lists. ⏱️ Results & Personal Bests Record race times with separate Preliminary and Final rounds, capture finishing positions, and automatically identify personal bests across every stroke and distance. Track progress over time with easy-to-read performance graphs. 🎯 Goals & Rewards Set target times for any event and monitor progress automatically. Earn points for attendance, unlock Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum achievement badges, and compete on live squad leaderboards. 🔔 Club Communication Send notices to the entire club, selected squads or individual swimmers. Push notifications keep everyone informed about training sessions, events and important announcements, while read receipts help administrators confirm messages have been seen. 📁 Secure Document Storage Store important club and swimmer documents securely in one place, making them easy to access whenever they're needed. 👥 Built for Swimmers, Coaches & Clubs Swymetric provides dedicated experiences for every user. Club Administrators manage members, squads, training sessions, events, attendance, communications and club analytics. Coaches manage their own squads, training sessions and swimmer progress. Swimmers have a personal performance hub with schedules, results, goals, rewards, attendance history and club updates. Designed with privacy in mind, Swymetric requires user consent on first use and gives individuals control over their personal information, including the ability to request deletion of their account and data.
