Swapps

Swapps is the client companion app for the Swapps platform. It gives Swapps clients a direct view of their active work — contracts, reports and support requests — from an Android phone. A Swapps client account is required. Accounts are provisioned by Swapps for existing clients; you cannot sign up from within the app. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Dashboard — see the current state of your account at a glance, with the activity and figures that matter for the period. • Contracts — browse your active contracts and open any one of them for the full detail. • Reports — review your reports by period, and download or share any of them as a PDF straight from your device. • Support tickets — raise a new request, follow it through to resolution, and see its category, priority and current status at any time. • Messages and attachments — talk to the Swapps team inside a ticket. Attach photos, screenshots or documents, and open anything the team sends back without leaving the app. • Notifications — keep track of replies and status changes on your tickets from the in-app notification centre. • Your account — update your name and profile photo, and switch the app between English and Spanish. PRIVACY Swapps does not sell your data, and does not share it with third parties for advertising. Traffic between the app and Swapps is encrypted in transit.
