They are based on standard demographic assumptions about fertility, mortality, and migration; real outcomes will depend on policy, technology, climate, and migration shifts that no model fully captures. Treat the projected values as a starting point for exploration and discussion, not as a precise forecast. GDP values for years past the most recent published data are simple trend-based extrapolations and should be read as a directional indicator only.
