Remember turning on the TV and finding something already playing? SurfRewind brings that feeling to your own movies and shows. Connect your Plex, Jellyfin or Emby server, build channels from your library, and settle into a familiar TV guide. Browse first, then select a channel to watch. In full-screen playback, use Up and Down to channel surf and Select to bring back the playback controls. MAKE IT YOUR KIND OF TV Watch in the original picture format or inside a retro TV cabinet. Mix and match unlocked cabinets, room backgrounds, guide styles and screen effects. Choose a clean, modern picture or add optional scanlines, glass and analog-TV character. Effects and cabinets can be switched off independently. FREE CORE, OPTIONAL COSMETICS Library connection, channel creation, the guide and playback are free. Four included looks give you a place to start: Charcoal, Woodgrain, Silver and Arcade Room. Extra themes and themed bundles are optional one-time purchases that support development. Paid themes change the look, not access to your media. YOUR MEDIA, YOUR CHANNELS Create channels around genres, eras and other library groupings. If you have your own commercial clips, you can add optional nostalgic breaks from your collection. No movies, shows, commercial clips, broadcast channels or streaming subscriptions are supplied. BUILT FOR TV Use your Android TV or Google TV remote to browse, tune in and customize. Supports compatible Android TV devices, including NVIDIA SHIELD TV. Playback quality and format support depend on your device, network and media server; some files may require server transcoding. REQUIREMENTS You need access to a compatible Plex, Jellyfin or Emby server and media you are authorized to watch.
