Surespot Riders

Surespot Riders is the official delivery app for Surespot Eatery couriers. When a customer places a food order from Surespot Eatery, you're the one who gets it to their door. This app is built to make that as smooth as possible, from the moment an order is ready to the second it's delivered. GO ONLINE WHEN YOU'RE READY Toggle online to start receiving available delivery orders. Toggle offline when you're wrapping up for the day. You're in control of when you work and when you don't. No pressure, no penalties for going offline. SEE ORDERS THE MOMENT THEY DROP When Surespot Eatery has a food order ready for delivery, it shows up in your app immediately. You can see the pickup location, the delivery address, the distance, and the delivery fee before you accept. Make informed decisions about which orders work for you. RUN MULTIPLE ORDERS AT ONCE You can accept and manage up to 3 active deliveries at the same time. That means more trips, more earnings, and less idle time between runs. Each order tracks independently so nothing gets mixed up. TRACK YOUR ORDERS FROM PICKUP TO DELIVERY Your active orders are always visible on your home screen. See which ones are waiting at the eatery for pickup, which ones are already out for delivery, and which ones need action from you. Everything is laid out clearly so you always know what's next. CHAT WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS Sometimes things come up. The customer's gate is locked. The address needs clarification. You're 2 minutes away and want to give them a heads up. The built-in chat lets you message the customer directly without leaving the app. Keep things moving without the back-and-forth. YOUR WALLET, ALWAYS UP TO DATE Every delivery you complete adds earnings to your in-app wallet. Your balance is always visible, your full transaction history is there when you need it, and withdrawals go straight to your bank account. No waiting, no confusion about what you've made. KNOW YOUR NUMBERS Beyond your balance, you can see a summary of your total earnings, total withdrawals, and available balance across any time period. Whether you're tracking a single day or looking at your all-time numbers, the data is there. MANAGE YOUR PROFILE Keep your personal information up to date, manage your login and security preferences, and set your language. Everything about your account is accessible and editable from within the app. SUPPORT WHEN YOU NEED IT Something went wrong with an order? Payment issue? Account question? Surespot support is reachable directly from the app. Submit a request, track its progress, and get it resolved without needing to chase anyone down. Surespot Riders is built specifically for couriers working with Surespot Eatery in Nigeria. It's not a general-purpose delivery app. It's the tool built for this job, for this team, for this city. Go online. Pick up the food. Get it there. Get paid.
