WITH YOU THROUGH THE TRIP • Guided installation, QR codes and manual setup details • Remaining data, expiry reminders and low-data alerts • Top-ups on eligible plans, with optional automatic top-up using a saved payment method • A trip planner that estimates data needs with AI and helps compare plans • Help based on installation guides and your eSIM status, with a way to contact support • Import purchases from the earlier app and recover account access on a new device Keep your eSIM details and last known usage available offline. Use light or dark mode and reduced motion. Request a refund in the app within 14 days for eligible plans that have not been installed or used. AI estimates and answers may be inaccurate; check the plan details before buying. An eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device is required. Availability and activation rules vary by plan. Plans provide data only, without a phone number, calls or SMS. Restoring account access does not transfer an installed eSIM profile. App interface: English.
