Full description
Whenzo is a last time tracker: it remembers when you last did something and counts the days since, so "when did I last do this?" always has an answer. When did I last water the plants, change the water filter, call Mum, see the dentist, check the tyre pressure? Make a tracker, tap it when you do the thing, and Whenzo tells you how long it has been: "5 days ago", "3 months ago". That is the whole idea. MADE FOR THE THINGS WITHOUT A SCHEDULE • Around the home: watering plants, changing filters, washing bedsheets, descaling the kettle, testing the smoke alarm, putting the bins out • Looking after yourself: haircut, dentist, eye test, contact lenses, medication refill, a new toothbrush • Pets and cars: flea and worm treatment, vet visits, car service, tyre pressure, oil change • People: the last call to a parent, the last visit to a friend CALM BY DESIGN No streaks. No badges. No guilt. Missing something is not a failure, and the app never says it is. If you have left habit trackers because of streaks and pressure, Whenzo is the quiet alternative: it records what happened and tells you how long it has been, nothing more. REMINDERS FOR IRREGULAR TASKS Reminders are off until you turn them on, and any tracker can be switched out of them with its own Remind me setting. Everything due arrives in one batched notification a day, worded as a fact rather than a demand. Quiet hours keep it from waking you, and a snooze postpones it for a week without pretending you did the thing. Turn on "Coming up soon" to hear about things due within the next two days, and the weekly digest for a Sunday-evening note of what you logged. A week with nothing logged sends nothing. SET A TARGET, OR DON'T Give a tracker a target (every 7 days, every 6 months, every 2 years) and it shows how far along it is: On track, Due today, or Overdue with how late. Or leave the target off and it simply remembers when things happened. Both are first-class. SEE YOUR REAL RHYTHM Whenzo learns your actual rhythm from your own history: the typical gap between times, how regular it is, the longest you have left it. If your real habit and your target disagree, it says so in one line and offers to update the target, because usually the target was wrong, not you. Charts show your gaps and your weekly and monthly counts, and a calendar view shows everything you have logged. Forgot to log something last Tuesday? Log it on that day from the calendar. MORE THAN A TICK, WHEN YOU NEED IT • Completion states when a tick is too blunt: Done, Partial, Skipped, Couldn't. Skipped keeps the clock running, because you did not do the thing • Record an amount with each log, in your own unit: 500 ml, 40 litres, 2 tablets • A note on any entry • Groups and search, so a long list stays navigable • Duplicate a tracker, archive it with its history, or restore it from Recently deleted ON YOUR HOME SCREEN • Widgets for one, two or three trackers, with one-tap logging; they resize from a single row • Log from a long-press on the app icon or from a Quick Settings tile PRIVATE AND OFFLINE Whenzo has no internet permission. It cannot phone home, because it has no ability to. No account, no sign-in, no analytics, no ads, no tracking. Your history lives on your device; if you use Android's own backup, the copy goes to your Google account, not to us. • Export everything as CSV, or a full JSON backup with notes and intervals • Import a backup to add to your data or to replace it • Share one tracker's history as CSV • Optional app lock with your fingerprint, face or device passcode LOOKS THE WAY YOU LIKE Ten accent colours. Light, dark or system theme. A two-pane layout on tablets. English and French. Whenzo is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases.

What's new

Fixes a bug in the interval field: tapping + on a value already at 9999 dropped it to 1000. The + button now stops at 9999. Under the hood, duplicated code was merged and unused pieces removed. Nothing else changes for you.
