Quran Reciter is a calm, focused audio app for listening to the Quran on mobile. Follow surahs, verses, introductions, appendices, topic-based readings, and saved lists through one simple player. The text used in the audio content is derived from Dr. Rashad Khalifa’s 1989 printed Quran translation. Highlights • Listen to all 114 surahs with verse-based playback • Start themed readings from the topic map • Play introduction and appendix sections • Continue from where you left off • View recent listening history • Create personal lists and replay saved items • Control playback speed, repeat mode, and gaps between verses • Choose whether to include titles, verse numbers, and footnotes • Use local caching where content is available • Keep audio playing in the background with system media controls Quran Reciter is designed for long listening sessions without unnecessary distraction. The home screen keeps your current session, surah list, topic map, appendices, personal lists, and player controls close at hand. The app provides Quran text and related audio packages as an accessible listening experience. It does not provide religious rulings or fatwa services.

What's new

Persian and Swedish interface support has been added. For Persian, menus, navigation icons, the player, and other screens now adapt to a right-to-left reading layout for a more natural experience. An issue preventing some footnotes from appearing with the correct verses has been fixed. Language support and overall stability were also improved.
