Focus: Meditation & AppBlocker

Focus is an social media/app blocker, study timer and meditation app designed to help you reduce screen time, avoid distractions and improve concentration while studying, working or doing deep work. **BLOCK DISTRACTING APPS & CONTROL SCREEN TIME** Ever opened social media for a few minutes, only to realise an hour has passed? Focus helps you set boundaries before you start. Choose distracting apps, distracting social media apps, decide how much time you can spend on them, and set how long they should be blocked afterwards. For example, allow yourself a short social media break followed by a longer blocking period. When your allowed time ends, the selected apps are blocked for the period you set. This helps prevent a quick check from becoming hours of scrolling. You can also use longer blocking periods when you want stronger boundaries for study, work or time away from your phone. **STUDY WITH A FOCUS TIMER** Focus offers more than simply tracking how long you study. In Study mode, you can set a reminder sound to play at intervals while the timer runs. When you hear the reminder, check your attention. If your mind has wandered, return to your task. If you're already concentrating, keep going. The study timer continues until you stop it, allowing you to study for as long as you need while tracking your focused time. Ideal for study sessions, exam preparation, homework, reading, deep work and personal projects. **MEDITATE & TRAIN YOUR FOCUS** Focus also includes guided meditation to help you practise concentration. Follow meditation guidance, learn comfortable meditation postures and use the meditation timer to track your practice. Meditation time and study time are tracked separately so you can follow your progress. **TRACK YOUR PROGRESS** View your focused time, study and meditation activity, streaks and progress over time. See how consistently you're dedicating time to the activities that matter to you. **ALARMS & REMINDERS** Set alarms and reminders to help you begin your study, focus or meditation routine on time. **GUIDES & SUPPORT** Access educational videos, focus and meditation guides, posture instructions, and additional help through the Support tab. **SIMPLE, DISTRACTION-FREE DESIGN** Quickly manage app blocking, start a study timer, begin meditation or check your progress through a clean and simple interface. **FOCUS PRO** Optional premium features are available through Focus Pro.
