BUILD: Quickly study building scale, site capacity, FAR, and parking in various program and building heights and construction types. CODE: Understand construction type (wood, steel, concrete) framing, egress stair counts, and plumbing fixture counts easily, cited to the IBC. COST: Quickly understand systems based order of magnitude cost and market-based estimates, exportable as a PDF. The tool will rough estimate a host of building types.
