Boardstrom Solar Monitor

Boardstrom turns your Android phone or tablet into a live dashboard for your Victron Energy system. Open the app and see state of charge, solar input, battery power and loads the moment you check your van, boat or cabin. Boardstrom reads your Victron devices directly over Bluetooth, or connects to your Cerbo GX / Venus OS over WiFi and shows the whole system. No VRM, no account, no cloud. TWO WAYS TO CONNECT • Bluetooth: reads the Instant Readout broadcasts of SmartShunt and BMV battery monitors, SmartSolar MPPT charge controllers, Orion XS and Orion-Tr Smart DC-DC chargers, Phoenix inverters, MultiPlus / Quattro inverter-chargers and SmartLithium batteries. • Cerbo GX / Venus OS: connects to the GX on your local network and shows every device on it, including per-charger solar, GX temperature and tank sensors, and your shunt's lifetime history. MORE THAN VICTRON Ruuvi temperature sensors, Mopeka tank sensors and the open-source Boardstrom radar tank sensor appear on the dashboard next to your Victron data. Water, grey and black tanks, fridge and cabin temperatures, all on one screen. WHAT YOU GET FOR FREE • Live dashboard for one Victron device • State of charge, solar, battery and load power in real time • 1-hour history chart • Home-screen widget with your latest readings • Demo mode to explore without hardware • Works fully offline. Everything stays on your phone. Data travels end-to-end encrypted between your own devices; there is no account and no cloud dashboard. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Boardstrom reads your devices locally on your phone. There are no servers and no account to create. Your data leaves the phone only if you turn on a feature that needs it: the solar forecast sends your location to a weather service, and Remote relays your data encrypted to the phones you pair. Works great on tablets, too: a landscape layout for the dashboard mounted in the van or at the nav station.
