The StrideSAFE Training app facilitate collection of StrideSAFE equine welfare data by trainers and trainers' assistants who have been provided StrideSAFE sensor devices. The StrideSAFE sensor is a device that collects GPS and accelerometer data and is placed in the saddlecloth during breezes, workouts, and races. This app serves as the interface by which trainers/assistants prepare the sensors with information such as which horse and track the recording is taking place at. For workouts and breezes, the StrideSAFE Training app is used to program sensors prior to the workout, as well as download the file from the sensor after the workout and upload it to the StrideSAFE cloud for processing and storage. To fully utilize this app you must have a StrideSAFE account and StrideSAFE training sensor. If you are not at a track where StrideSAFE is collecting workouts, you will not be able to fully use this app, even if you have a StrideSAFE account.
