Full description
Strength Path is a strength training app that plans your workouts for you, from your first session to advanced periodized training. Barbell workouts, warm-ups, a plate calculator and a workout log in one place. As a beginner, you can often add weight every workout. As you get stronger, progress naturally slows and your training needs to change. Strength Path guides you through that process with lifting programs built for different stages of strength development. Start with simple linear progression. Move to a slower weekly progression when you need more recovery. Then transition into structured periodized training as your lifts advance. Each workout is ready when you open the app. Your exercises, sets, reps, working weights, assistance work and progression are already planned. Squat, bench press, deadlift and overhead press are the foundation, with pulling and accessory work built around them. You do not need to study programming. Show up, complete the workout, and follow the path. When a lift stalls, Strength Path lays out your options and explains what each one means. You make the call. It will not switch programs or change your progression on its own. THE PROGRAMS 3-Day Linear Progression - Full body strength training, three days a week, alternating two workouts - The weight goes up every time you train, for as long as that keeps working 4-Day Linear Progression - An upper/lower split over four days - Each main lift moves up once a week - Each lift comes up twice a week, once heavy and once lighter for practice 4-Day Periodized Strength - Four-week blocks built from your training maxes - Percentage-based work for when session-to-session and weekly jumps have run out IN THE GYM Warm-up sets are laid out for you, the plate calculator shows what to load on each side of the barbell, and a rest timer runs between sets. Log each set as you go and your workout history builds itself. Assistance work is prescribed for you too, chosen to back up the barbell lifts. YOUR PROGRESS Every workout is saved to your lifting history, so the app works as your workout tracker too. Charts track your training max and working weight for each lift across every program you have run, so months of progress are visible at a glance. EQUIPMENT A barbell, plates, a rack and a bench cover the main lifts. The assistance work adds dumbbells and a pull-up bar. If your gym does not have something, the assistance work can be swapped for an approved alternative. SUBSCRIPTION Strength Path is a subscription app, with monthly and annual plans and a discount for paying yearly. Both plans start with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Prices show in your local currency before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your Google Play subscription settings.
