Keep box quantities and loose units connected using each product's units-per-box value. BATCH AND BEST-BEFORE TRACKING Keep batches, supplier lot codes and best-before dates with your products. See the product total while retaining the detail of individual batches and unassigned stock. MULTIPLE STOCK LOCATIONS Organise inventory by location and record transfers when stock moves. Keep track of where products are held across your stockrooms and warehouses. BARCODE LABELS AND PRODUCT IMPORTS Create QR or Code 128 labels for your stock. Import products and customers from spreadsheets to help set up your business catalogue. TEAM ACCESS AND STOCK HISTORY Invite your team, assign roles and review recorded stock movements. Keep products, customers and inventory reports together, with access suited to each person's responsibilities. OPTIONAL XERO CONNECTION Connect Xero for supported customer, item and sales-invoice workflows. START WITH THE FREE PLAN Start with 100 tracked items, one user, two locations and 30 days of transaction history. A product uses one tracked item with no stock or stock in one batch; each additional batch holding stock adds one more. Zero-stock archived batches do not count. The organisation owner can choose an optional monthly subscription for more capacity. Prices and plan details are shown in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled and can be managed in Google Play subscription settings.
